Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Gadi Taxi, licensed dealer no. 017242330, Tiberias (the "Business"). The Business controls the information collected on the website.

What information is collected

• Booking form: the form on the home page prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser (from, to, when and number of passengers). The details are not sent to the website and are not stored on it. They reach the Business only if you choose to send the message on WhatsApp. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without it we cannot arrange the ride.
• Technical information: hosting servers automatically record technical information, such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and operation only.
• The website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

How the information is used

The information is used only to answer your request and provide the service you asked for. It will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent, and it will not be sold to third parties.

Sharing with third parties

• The website is hosted by Cloudflare.
• This provider acts only as a data processor on behalf of the Business. Information may be stored and processed by this provider on servers outside Israel.
• Tapping the WhatsApp button or sending the booking form takes you to the WhatsApp service, whose privacy policy applies there.

Security and retention

The Business takes reasonable measures to protect the information. It is kept as long as needed to handle your request or as required by law, and is then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review information about you and ask to correct or delete information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date. To do so, contact us by phone or WhatsApp: 052-6553998.

Changes to this policy

The Business may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the website.
